Creating amazing nightshots in the rain or snow is the ultimate jackpot for us. The way the light catches the beads of precipitation is pure magic and I wanted to create a similar feeling that could be executed on demand vs. hoping for poor weather. Plenty of time was spent contemplating on this, until one day, while popping a bottle of champs, it hit me. No pun intended. A celebratory champagne spray at the end of the evening would be the perfect way to make it rain for an epic nightshot! The first nighttime champs spray ever was captured in the summer of 2014. Since then it has become quite the trend with many couples requesting it from their photographers in Chicago and beyond. Alas, I am the OG and nobody does it better than me!
